LETTER TO CONGRESSMAN BARNEY FRANK

As some of you may already know, Congressman Barney Frank is Chairman of the House Committee on Financial Services. Upon hearing the news that Susan Bies is leaving the Fed as a strategic ploy to give the puppetmaster central bankers fourteen more years of unquestioned control via a Bush appointee, I decided it was time to have my say. But at Barney Frank's site it cautions that letters will only reach him directly if they are coming from mailing addresses in his own district -- the Fourth District. At first I thought I might be out of luck, since I live in the Fifth District... But -- Wait a minute... It dawned on me that my Mom lives in the Fourth District and I can still use that address. Success!

To the Honorable Barney Frank:

I know you are already aware of the news that Susan Bies will be leaving the Fed in March in order to give President Bush the opportunity to put another fourteen year long stamp on the world via the central bank.

When exactly will Bush be selecting Bies' replacement?

Will it all be done without informing the public (as has always been the case with Fed candidates), and just letting us know once the replacement has already been made?

The extreme control that the Fed has over our government has served to discourage me from striving to better myself economically. Home prices in particular have been driven beyond the reach of most workers, due to rampant speculation which was fueled by artificially low interest rates. Now it has reached the point where no matter how many hours we work, the majority of us can never hope to own even very small homes of our own. Rents too have been driven so artificially high by tax subsidies, that for many workers, there is no longer such a thing as discretionary income. As you can probably guess, this leaves workers with no incentives at all. Due to the fact that the dollar has so clearly bought less and less throughout my lifetime, I have become a devout anti-consumer -- immune to any and all marketing ploys, deliberately earning only the bare minimum income I need to support myself (so that less income tax will be funneled to the wealthy), and now finally buying only exactly what I need for survival (so that less profit will be available for wealthy shareholders).

The central banks' corrupt system has left some of us with only one goal in life. That goal is to get out from under their policies, by getting out from under any debt we're burdened with, and then refusing to take out any loans or credit cards for the rest of our lives, as well as to stop purchasing any new products or services whatsoever. I'm confident that I can easily reach that goal by the end of this year. At this point I couldn't care less if I eventually end up with no credit history at all -- I’ll be happy just to be out from under the corrupt central bank policies forever.

The central bankers who are in control of the Fed governors need to be informed that if they continue to live entirely off of other people’s labor without ever working themselves -- and if they continue to attempt to leech more and more hours of labor out of workers with no rest or reward in sight, people will just give up and stop purchasing anything at all. The reason for this is that, if purchasing a product or service will cost us very long work hours (suffering), we prefer to keep our restful free time (which equals good health) -- and will happily live without the criminally over-priced consumer products or services. We've come to attach the negative psychological association of working longer hours (suffering) to the purchase of new products and services. For this reason, more and more American workers are (thankfully) being made immune to any marketing ploys and are coming to value our free time over consumer goods and services.

Mr. Frank -- Will it be possible for you to draw enough media attention to the impact that the upcoming proposed Fed appointee will have on all of our economic lives -- in order that the bought-and-paid-for media will have no choice but to stop hushing Fed matters?

I understand that Bush will have the opportunity to appoint yet another Fed governor before the end of his term of office as well.

We need so desperately to take action now, so that the Fed may one day soon be held accountable to us -- the citizens it rules (and often ruins) with its flawed public policies.

Thank you for your time and consideration in reading this letter, and thank you so much for your efforts in protecting consumers.
